This 32-page resource addresses a variety of essential topics relevant to young adults worldwide (even it is developed in Australia). It covers aspects such as transitioning out of home, entering the workforce, and university life, all while emphasizing the psychological challenges associated with living with diabetes during this critical phase of life. The guide provides practical advice and support for young adults as they manage their diabetes and transition into adult care.

DigiBete

Video website

DigiBete, a video platform and apps with a wide range of resources (e.g. injection, cultural celebrations, carbohydrate counting, sports & exercise and emotional wellbing).

It is suitable for young adults, parents & carers and healthcare professionals.

It is available in English and other seven languages (Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Polish, Somali, Tamil, Urdu).
